Question

I had an appointment with my surgeon Monday and she cleaned it and put silver in it. She said it will scab and fall off when it is healed. Today is Fri and it hasn't stabbed up yet. It is discharging something white and it doesn't have a smell.

It would be unusual for this to be related to your implant but you should follow your plastic surgeons recommendations.

Hard to tell from your photo but this looks to be at the end of your scar.  You should have your surgeon look at this.  I don't see any reddness around this area in your photo but there's only so much that I can see from this photo.  Someone should see this and advise you.
