I'm 5'2,145lbs and I'm a 38 C in bras. I've always wanted a breast augmentation, and the looks Im attracted to are the exaggerated breast implant look. I do like the round,fake, pin-up, bolted on look. I would like saline implants with 800 cc's. But, if i could go bigger like 1000 cc's that would be great. I dont see many surgeons with work of XL breast augmentations.

Answer: Breast augmentation has limits I have seen many young women go down the path of super huge implants. I was called to the emergency room once to see a woman from out of town, a Dominatrix who had a gig in New York, she had an exposed implant. Hence the caution needed to avoid cartooning your body image with huge implants that may eventually wear down the overlying skin, muscle or ribs. Huge implants will eventually cause stretch of the skin and contribute to sagging breast tissue. See a board certified ASAPS surgeon for your best advice.
