What are butt enhancement options for skinny/slim girls with no body fat?

Allow me to answer your question as best i can without any photos. Also, please keep in mind that an in-person consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made. Like any booming fad or fashion, there are always scammers looking to get a peice of the action and make quick/easy profits.  Well as the saying goes, "anything too good to be true, usually is (not true)". Unfortunately the ripe new world of buttock augmentaion has become the next victim with a bunch of nonsense magical creams, potions, lotions and pills...NONE OF WHICH WORK AND ARE NOT FRAUGHT WITH SERIOUS SIDE-EFFECTS/COMPLICATIONS. It is not yet possible to take a substance that will only and exclusively makes your derrière grow. Other than being genetically blessed in the buttock and/or performing consistent rigorous exercise, there is no "natural" way to grow the buttock other than surgery.All that being said, bery lean patients essentially have only one option and that is buttock implants. Unfortunately, because ~80+ % of BBL fat transferred will melt away within a year, most patients are not good candidates because they lack an adequate amount of fat to harvest. Beware, if a surgeon asks you to purposely gain weight (i.e. fat) before BBL, know that the fat you lose first as you get back to your baseline weight after surgery is that very same fat that was transferred into your buttock, hence your new buttock shrinks first, fast, and the most...so don't fall victim to this recommendation. Even those patients that had adequate amounts of fat pre-operatively, still end up seeking buttock implants after a year or so because most of the fat transferred melted away leaving them with minimal result.  Bottom line, if you're looking for a reliable, predictable, long-term permanent option, buttock implants are your only solution. Since, like you said, you are a skinny girl it is likely the only option to safely and effectively increase your buttocks size is to have a buttocks augmentation with gluteal implants. Unfortunately, even though you can find people even in the United States injecting silicone, hydrogel, or other substances, this has not been shown to be safe.   I would strongly caution against it as it can have very serious complications.  The only safe option for injection is to have liposuction performed elsewhere on your body and then have the fat transferred into the buttocks, however you most likely do not have enough fat to transfer at 5'6 114 lbs.  I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person and make a recommendation about which procedure will best help you meet your goals.  Best of luck!                             Tweet Best of luck! 

Buttock implants are often a great option for someone with little to no body fat. The correct size implants, if performed by a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, should look natural. Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well know for their work in this field.

Hey Symbalee16!  The fastest and best option for you is placement of buttock implants.  There are a number of injections that you may read about being options, however, this can get very expensive, multiple follow up visits, and maintenance for multiple injections over time.  You will be spending a lot of time and money on something that will not last over 1-3 years unless you kept it up.  Buttock implants are extremely safe and FDA approved.  I place them under the muscle for best results.  IF you have any fat on you, I may recommend contouring some areas around the buttock and injecting a little bit of fat as well.  This would have to be determined at an in-person consultation.  ATL isn't very far, you should come see me!  Free consultation through Real Self.  Let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to help. 

For patients who do not have adequate fat for transplant or who do not desire surgery for gluteal augmentation, my treatment of choice is a series of Sculptra injections.  Sculptra is an injectable product that works gradually over time to stimulate your body's own natural collagen production.  This collagen deposition can provide volume, lift and shape.  Compared to Sculptra injections in the face, buttock augmentation will require a much larger volume of the Sculptra product as it is a larger surface area.  Additionally, the desired result is achieved over time and series of injections, typically several vials injected at 6 week intervals.  Once the amount of projection is achieved I typically recommend once or twice yearly injections of smaller volumes of Sculptra to stimulate collagen and maintain the results.  This procedure can be performed in office under topical anesthesia and generally takes between 30-60 minutes depending on the number of vials to be injected. 

I think that if you do not have any fat, then the alternative is using implants. This will provide more projection centrally but will not enhance your hips to any degree.
