It is not yet possible to take a substance that will only and exclusively makes your derrière grow. Other than being genetically blessed in the buttock and/or performing consistent rigorous exercise, there is no "natural" way to grow the buttock other than surgery.All that being said, bery lean patients essentially have only one option and that is buttock implants. Unfortunately, because ~80+ % of BBL fat transferred will melt away within a year, most patients are not good candidates because they lack an adequate amount of fat to harvest. Buttock implants are often a great option for someone with little to no body fat. The correct size implants, if performed by a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure, should look natural. Please be sure to choose a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in this procedure and is well know for their work in this field.

Since, like you said, you are a skinny girl it is likely the only option to safely and effectively increase your buttocks size is to have a buttocks augmentation with gluteal implants. Unfortunately, even though you can find people even in the United States injecting silicone, hydrogel, or other substances, this has not been shown to be safe.   I would strongly caution against it as it can have very serious complications.  The only safe option for injection is to have liposuction performed elsewhere on your body and then have the fat transferred into the buttocks, however you most likely do not have enough fat to transfer at 5'6 114 lbs.  I recommend seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person and make a recommendation about which procedure will best help you meet your goals.  Best of luck!                             Tweet Best of luck!
