My butt implant looks so low, like dropping, maybe its too big for my body? And there is dips from my side of the butt. Should i do another butt implant or can i just do butt work out to make it better look?

   On certain individuals, a 700+ cc round implant can be placed to produce the most projection.  Larger implants tend to have a greater risk for complications.

It could , but it is not sure whether it would. Buttock implants are a frequent request from athletes, since the usually have insufficient fat for pure BBL surgery.As long you abstain form excessively large implants and get them placed correctly inside the muscle, there should not be any problem...

   I think that there is certainly a desire to create a softer implant that will not rupture, but the rupture issue is the primary concern.

Round buttock implants with fat transfer to the hips usually produces a nice result.  I see many, many butt implant patients requesting revision after the first surgery produces a narrow buttocks with little roundness or an even worse hip dent than before surgery.
