I am 23 yrs old, 5'5", 145 lbs, curvy with 32DDD breasts. I have always had large breasts, I wore a size 32B at age 8, by age 13 I was a 32D, and now I am a 32DDD. My breasts are so uncomfortable. They are saggy and big and I really want to get a lift/reduction but since I've always had large breasts, I'm unsure about how smaller breasts are going to look on me with my body type. Does anyone have suggestions about what size/kind of surgery may be the best route for me?
