Am I a good candidate for a breast reduction/lift?

Thank you for your pictures.  In my opinion, you would be a good for a breast reduction and lift.  I would recommend that you visit with several board certified plastic surgeons and look at results of women with your same body habits.

Hello and thank you for your question and your photos. Based upon your description and the photos you provided you would be an excellent candidate for a breast lift / reduction. Both operations are very similar in their design. The only difference being a reduction reduces the volume of breast tissue whereas a breast lift only remove the excess skin and reshaped the breast. Based on the photos you do not require a significant volume of reduction. I suspect the majority of your concerns are caused by the excess of skin that is present.A final cup size in the C range would be optimal for your frame in my opinion.You should seek several consultations with board-certified plastic surgeons in your area. I'm sorry to hear about the problems your disproportionately large breasts have caused, beginning at an early age. Based on your description and photographs you may be an excellent candidate for breast lifting/reduction surgery. My best suggestion: seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate lots of experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully as well. The use of computer imaging and/or goal photographs may be very helpful during this communication process.
