I am currently in the process of removing a few tattoos with Quanta's Discovery Pico. After thorough online search i came to the inference that the Enlighten laser is currently the best in the business but there is no one that has it in my country, greece. Is there a list or something of clinics in europe that offer treatments with enlighten so that i can compare distance, price etc and see which one to choose? Thanks in advance

Thanks for posting the photos. Usually when I see dots they are hair follicles and the laser just isn't hitting those spots like is the rest of the skin. With repeated treatments you should be able to clear those up. If they aren't the follicle then it could be some pigment alteration from the...
The safest way to treat darker skin types is with a pico laser using 1064nm wavelenth. Any other wavelength or a Q-switch laser can cause depigmentation (the area will turn white) and/or scarring. The piqo4 should work fine as should the Enlighten, Picoway, etc. Best of luck.
Rust-red color is expected of cosmetic inks. Continued treatment is required. The longer you wait the better, but treatments may be as close together as 8 weeks.
Best of luck to you.
