What are my options for a wider palate after braces (extractions)?

Hi. I had braces as a teen, crowding with extraction treatment (4 premolar). Overall, i like my teeth and my profile looks the same but hate how my palate is still narrow. I'm an adult now 25 and want to widen my palate for a broader smile. Options? Could I do sarpe? Palate expander? Risks? Thanks!
