Mandibular Angle Reduction & Chin Implant at the same time - possible?

I am interested in a mandibular angle reduction, but I'm not interested in decreasing the gonial width. I want to pair it with a chin implant to add more vertical length to my face. Are these procedures ever/often performed together? Can I get my mandibular angle excised without a complete jaw reduction?
