Mandibular Angle Reduction & Chin Implant at the same time - possible?

Jw angle reduction and a chin implant can be done during the same surgery. But to get the exact type of full thickness posterior and inferior border jaw angle reduction you have diagrammed that can not be done from an intraoral approach. This requires a retromandibular eincision to create the linear bone cuts. Intraoral v line surgery has to be done with a long curved angled bone cut which is very different that what you desire to be done.
