Septal extension grafts and extended spreader grafts are typically utilized to lengthen somebody's nose, and to de-rotate their nasal tip. Since you appear to have thin nasal skin, this should be performed by somebody who is well versed in the usage of these cartilage grafts. The other possibility might be a lip lift to decrease the length of your philtrum. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Hi a rhinoplasty can enhance nasal profile and give more definition. It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
Certainly, increasing the length of your nose from the front is achievable by deprojection of the nasal tip cartilages. Additionally, a lip lift can enhance the proportions, making the nose and philtrum appear more balanced and harmonious on your face. For a more detailed recommendation, an in-person consultation or more pictures would help. Best of luck to you!
Hi! This is Arzu from Dr. Caner Kacmaz Clinic. İt is posible. We need you see photos of your nose from the side, if you send them to us we will be more than happy to help you.Kind regards
It may be possible with grafting but I do not recommend this. What I do recommend is a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
I don’t think your nose is too short but may look like that because the tip is bulbous. Surgically lengthening a nose is very difficult and you could only lengthen it a tiny amount if at all
The nose is a three-dimensional structure, therefore, a full set of facial photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed with a rhinoplasty procedure. Digital computer imaging of your nose would also be helpful to understand what can and cannot be accomplished with your nose
Good afternoon. Yes, it is possible to increase the length of your nose with a rhinoplasty. However, in examining your face, your upper (from hair line to glabella) and middle (glabella to nasal base) 1/3s are proportional. it is your lower 1/3 (from nasal base to chin) that is elongated. I do not think that lengthening your nose (which will not change your nasal base) will give you the result you want.
To get an assessment and understanding of treatment option from a facial skeletal perspective I suggest consulting with craniofacial surgeons in your community. For a soft tissue approach, you could consider a lip shortening procedure.Vertically lengthening, your nose is probably not feasible.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Based on your photos, you appear to have a crooked nasal appearance and a pinched nasal tip appearance. We can see by the example you posted that you would like to have your tip raised. You may also benefit from nasal straightening as well, which would likely necessitate cartilage grafting, for...
Based on your singular photo, you appear to have symmetrical, and congenital deep creases in your alar cartilages. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for filling them and for achieving a smoother nasal tip appearance. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Your up close photos show the asymmetry, however, this is something that would require rhinoplasty surgery to address, in all likelihood. This should be reserved for severe dissatisfaction with the appearance of your nose. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
