I left my Invisalign in the car for a short period of time and the ends morphed

Question

I left my invisalign in the car and the ends morphed a little. It still fits around each tooth but the bottom on the retainer isn't as snug anymore. It's scraping my tongue every time I talk. I tried hot water to mold it back but it's not really effective. Please help):

Unfortunatly, heat sources and direct sun light will morph invisalign plastic.  Do you have your last aligner available (in the red case?) If you do, you should wear those until you can get through to your dentist,  Your dentist may then tell you to move one aligner forward (past the warped set) or to keep wearing the last well fitting aligner (the one in the red case) until replacement aligners are ordered for you.Keep those aligners in dry cool places and good luck with your treatment.

Suggest that you go to your next aligner in the sequence rather than try to fix that one.  It will not be accurate in any event.
