I encourage you to get a consult at a cosmetic dental office. I have provided full and partial cosmetic dentures to patients, and they love them. If you are determined to not get dentures, then you could always get implants, followed by crowns and bridges. There are several avenues in which a full dentition can be restored often something fixed is the most ideal, such as All-on-4. This involves placing dental implants then attaching a prosthesis to the implants. In terms of other options: You can have a full denture which is held down by suction and can be easily removed. If you don't want to have anything "removable" in your mouth, then the obvious answer is to have implant supported fixed bridges. My advice, stay away from dentists who advertise "bargain implants" and one stop dentistry. Your other options include the full denture, partial dentures or overdentures (dentures that rest on or are connected to implants for more support)..
