How soon after does apoptosis of the fat cells begin after a CoolSculpting (zeltiq) treatment? Once apoptosis of the fat cells begin, is there anything that can reverse the apoptosis?

I have seen numerous references to apoptosis with CoolSculpting and although I am not a biochemistry major, my recollection of apoptosis is programmed cell death and the freezing in coolsculpting causes an immediate death of the adiopocyte (fat cell), or necrosis from acute trauma to the cell. However, not all cells get cooled to the same temperature and some fat cells survive depending on the temperature and the length of time the cell reached a certain temperature.
