Can lowering the radix give the illusion that your eyes are further apart on frontal view? My radix is not high, I would say it's average, but I have close set eyes. Would making the radix flat give the illusion of my eyes being further apart?

Hello, 
In general, yes--lowering the radix or bridge of the nose can result in the illusion that your eyes are slightly more apart. 
Lowering your radix also has the effect of shortening the length of your nose. Based on your pictures, I would not recommend this. 
Your best option would be to have an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in rhinoplasty to better understand your concerns and goals and provide realistic expectations/guidance/recommendations.
