What is the ideal BMI for a Prophylactic mastectomy using autologous bilateral DIEP flap method?

I am most likely having a Prophylactic mastectomy using autologous bilateral DIEP flap method due to being BRCA 2 positive for the gene mutation. I am just curious what BMI is ideal for this surgery? What might be too big? Too small?
