I have a long manly face how can I fix it? (Photos)

When looking at your two photos, my eye is drawn to your lower face. It looks like your jaw is long and wide and slightly tilted. If your teeth come together normally, then orthodontia should not be needed. 
I perform jaw contouring by making incisions inside the mouth and using a powered rasp which looks somewhat like a file. The bone is reshaped to a more aesthetic size and contour. The main downtime associated with it is that it swells quite a bit, so you won't see your final results for about a year. Most people only take a week off of work, though. 
Other things I would suggest are shortening the upper lip with a lip lift and adding more volume to your cheeks with either fillers or cheek implants.
