I had cortosteroid injection in my but and it left a dent . I want my butt back to normal is it possible to fix this ?

Allow me to answer your question as best i can based upon your photo. However, please keep in mind that an in-person, or at least a virtual, consultation with physical exam is first necessary before any legitimate evaluation or final surgical recommendations can be made.

A dent in the buttock after a steroid injection is usually the result of the steroid being injected into the subcutaneous fat layer instead of deeper into the intended muscle layer. In this case, the steroid medication additionally melts away good fat, and produces a dent. The best way to fix a small dent is with fat transfer. Glad to be of help.

yes we can do fat transfers for these kind of problems, and it s not a difficult procedure.. another choice is fillers but ı prefer fat transfer
