Otoplasty ears unnatural/ to close - Will they look naturally eventually? (photo)

10 days ago I had my ears pinned back. Unfortunately they don’t look I wanted to.. They are too close to my head, look unnatural.. Will they look naturally eventually? I need to wear headband for 5 more days at night only.. 2 first photo’s 10 days after surgery Last photo before

Your ears should look pretty normal a week after surgery. If the rim doesn't improve, it is possible to correct, but would wait about 3 months to from surgery to give your ears every chance to improve withut additional surgery.
