I got a septoplasty about a month ago. The nostrils used to have almost an identical shape and now they are different.

It is normal to have swelling for few weeks after the surgery, the amount and duration of that is different from patient to patient, usually between 4 to 6 weeks after the surgery about 60% of the swelling is gone, around 3 to 4 months after the surgery usually 70 to 80% of the swelling is gone,...
