Can anybody do the PRP procedure/treatment for the face legally in CA without a license ?

PRP, such as Selphyl, require persons blood and processing it in sterile technique. I recommend that these procedure be done in medical office and not spas!

Please see a board certified cosmetic dermatologist for treatment with PRP.  This needs a well trained person to injection and apply it with microneedling for best improvement.  Dr. Emer.
