Is this a hematoma 2.3 weeks post otoplasty? (photos)

2.3 weeks post op otoplasty Excellent aesthetic result but I’m concerned my swelling upper part of ear hasn’t settled. Looks like hematoma? Same swelling from the start but I thought would have settled by now Still very tender and itchy. Thank you

You must see your surgeon since your surgeon and only your surgeon knows what is in that open wound and if anything will needed to be done besides wound care.
