Is there a procedure that offers permanent or long lasting whitening that coats your teeth (like paint)?

I am looking for a dental procedure for whiter teeth that coats my teeth and doesnt bleach or damage my enamel. I heard about permanent tooth paint but cannot seem to find anywhere that does it. Is this an alternative to veneers ?

In the photo we can't see what kind of stains you are referring to, but we can see translucency, which is a normal characteristic in the incisal third of the teeth. Also between the central incisors there is a small black triangle that is caused by tooth recession, which may be due to...

No. in this case the crown material is very opaque, it has no translucency, that's why it looks so white. I would try to change the crown material (use zirconia).
