In the photo we can't see what kind of stains you are referring to, but we can see translucency, which is a normal characteristic in the incisal third of the teeth. Also between the central incisors there is a small black triangle that is caused by tooth recession, which may be due to periodontal disease. I would recommend a clinical analysis of the stain to determine the cause and treat it.
