I have dark knuckles, knees, elbows and toes. What topical creams can I use to treat it? (photos)

I considered using a Kojic acid cream and soap but it seems slow and I’m uncertain if it’s actually working. I just wanted to know if there are other over the counter options because I never cared how my knees looked till i got older. I’m 20
