I considered using a Kojic acid cream and soap but it seems slow and I’m uncertain if it’s actually working. I just wanted to know if there are other over the counter options because I never cared how my knees looked till i got older. I’m 20

Please post photos. melacare shouldnt be used for years this Is likely damaging your skin and you will need a cosmealn peel, aerolase laser, and propoer skin care with growthfactors and stem cells to repair the damage. you need complete sun avoidence and protection.
