Hi,It is very difficult to bond to porcelain especially if the chip is in an area that is subject to forces from the bite, so normally even if repaired it would not last. Sometimes if the chip is small, and esthetics or function is not affected, the area can be polished and smoothed out without needing to redo the entire bridge.Kind regards,Dr. Olya Banchik
Hi:Depending on the amount and the place of the chip bonding may or may not last under biting pressure.Best,Dr. Maddahi
Yes, it can be repaired with bonding but it will not be as strong as the original porcelain. Depending on how large the chip is and where it is located will determine how successful the bonding will be. You may need to have the bridge redone if the bonding fails after several attempts to fix it.

Hi:My first suggestion is to have your orthodontist, move the two front teeth to create uniform space between the 4 front teeth. This way the teeth will not look too big and the gaps are not too large to get bonding done. In the present form porcelain veneer is the best option.Best,Dr. Maddahi
BioClear is considered a conservative and less expensive option than porcelain veneers. Porcelain veneers should cost an average of $12,000-20,000 per arch. Bioclear is normally $600-800 per triangle (a triangle treats TWO teeth, so $300-400 per tooth).
