Hi, It is very difficult to bond to porcelain especially if the chip is in an area that is subject to forces from the bite, so normally even if repaired it would not last. Sometimes if the chip is small, and esthetics or function is not affected, the area can be polished and smoothed out without needing to redo the entire bridge. Kind regards, Dr. Olya Banchik
