I'm not sure what I'm getting but I used my mupircon ointment and keep getting this can I get laser hair removal or what should I do first?

you need laser hair removal, vivatia foam and proper skin care of folliculitis (inflamed hair follicles -- see Reve skin acne spay and Jan Marini glycolic scrub).  Start Aerolase hair removal.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Hello, yes you can do laser hair removal and you will get great results.  The ideal candidate for laser has lighter skin and darker hair which you have so you will achieve a great result.  As the hair stops growing you will have less problems with ingrown hairs.  Good luck!

This is one of the great beneficial side effects of laser hair removal. Reduction of hair bumps and ingrown hairs will be markedly noticeable even after your first session. We have seen this on all body parts. i would highly recommend laser hair removal.

This is a great question. Generally, laser hair removal will not only help get rid of ingrown hairs  but also remove hair permanently in that area. I suggest for you to get a consultation from a credited medical practice to get this procedure done.

A skin expert (dermatologist) should assess you in person to determine if you simply have ingrown hairs (e.g. due to curly hair) or improper shaving practices, or an actual folliculitis. If you have or have a tendency to ingrown hairs, then getting the hair removed permanently by laser (need the right laser at the right settings for the right skin type) is a great idea since it deals with the root cause, the hair. Make sure to be assessed at a proper medical clinic by a skin expert/dermatologist, not a medispa/salon, for optimal safety and results.
