Hi and thank you for your question! Its hard to say what is most recommended for you, without seeing a few pictures. That said, any of the resurfacing treatments we have would be helpful for skin texture improvements around the eyes. Once we assessed you, we would choose what procedures would achieve your results and were compatible with the amount of downtime you can have. Vivace is showing some exciting potential for skin rejuvenation and tightening with little to no downtime, whereas Halo (the new version of Fraxel), has about 5-7 days downtime. We do recommend 4-6 treatments of Vivace, so this is another factor that patients take into account. We highly recommend you pair Vivace with PRP to supercharge your treatments!
