Can Sculptra help the jowl and jaw line area appear more lifted? (photos)

I am considering getting Sculptra to hopefully improve my lower face. I’m almost 47 and my jawline and jowels are really bothering me. Since Sculptra is non reversible I would love to know if volume replacement would help me with the transition between my natural prominent cheekbones and jawline. Also the pre jowel area.

Today we have excellent HA volumizing fillers that have a proven track record for contouring, straightening and defining jowly jawlines with results lasting between a year to 1.5 years. I stopped using Sculptra quite a few years ago, when these newer more robust HA fillers were introduced and received their FDA approval. It was difficult for me to justify Sculptra's use at that point. It was more expensive and  there was no enzyme to reverse it if the results of treatment were unsatisfactory or there was an adverse reaction. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Based on your nicely posted photos, I would recommend either Sculptra or Sculptra/Radeisse combination, 1 to 2 syringes at least. In combination with Endo lift laser treatment to have skin tightening affect in addition. The range from five to $8000. Virtual consult with.
