Today we have excellent HA volumizing fillers that have a proven track record for contouring, straightening and defining jowly jawlines with results lasting between a year to 1.5 years. I stopped using Sculptra quite a few years ago, when these newer more robust HA fillers were introduced and received their FDA approval. It was difficult for me to justify Sculptra's use at that point.
