Picture is AFTER 1cc of voluma. I had cheek implants years ago that really accentrated my pyriform hollowness. I also had a smas facelift that didn't address this as it's not a matter of sagging. And im only 28 What is best to treat this bothersome issue? Do i need another 1cc of voluma? I'm scared of increasing migration risk. I like the immediate-ness of bellafill - is that safe here? Does renuva actually work? Thank you!
