Three weeks post op, I have very hard band like area, below my incision line especially on pubic area, and numbness upper thighs, that comes and goes. Also getting little bruises in the hardest areas, what can help this hardness go away?

I would not start any aggressive change in your diet without the approval of your surgeon.Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and get exercise. Leave the fasting for another time.

No, weight should be no harder to lose before a tummy tuck than after.When you lose the weight, your skin might be a little looser, especially if you have a lot of remaining stretch marks. But you will look so much better than a little loose skin is unlikely to seem like a problem.
