Am I getting acne or eczema from Accutane? (photo)

It's difficult to evaluate your skin through photos, but it looks like you have both acne and possible flare of eczema. In my experience, it is common to have breakouts while on Accutane, and breakouts may persists for several months. Also, a common side effect is dry skin, which may make eczema worse or flare while on treatment. I highly recommend you consult with your prescribing physician regarding your concerns and to discuss treatment options.
