Hi. I have been through breast cancer, am a 5 year survivor now :) Have always battled my weight but now I have gained so much more and cannot lose it. 5'2, 180, 40 yrs old. I've tried every diet and type of exercise and no matter how hard I work at it I can only lose about 5-10 lbs and it never stays off unless I starve myself. My cancer is triple negative so not on hormone blockers. Oncologist says go for it and I would self pay but would a bariatric surgeon do it since my BMI is under 35?
