I guess I would like to know that if the way they look after surgery just 4 days is normal? My nipples seem really close together and cone shaped. I have 415cc in the left and 450cc in the right due to less tissue in the left breast. I was a 34C before surgery and they are over the muscle. Just want to know if how they look is normal??

Answer: Is this normal 4 days postop to have a weird shape and nipples that are so close together? Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. Based on your pictures alone it appears that you are healing well and your current results are expected. Due to swelling of your chest skin, breast tissue and muscle, your implants are being held flat and high against your chest. As this swelling resolves you will see a gradual "dropping" of the implant and rounding out of the lower portion of the breast to leave you with a more natural appearing result. I know waiting is difficult, but hang in there, it looks like you will have a nice result.
