Whiteheads popping after Cosmelan 1 on day 2/3

hi! does your skin breakout with acne with whiteheads after cosmelan 1 on day 2/3? I’m experiencing a lot of white heads popping up after I sleep and wake up in the morning and this is only day 3 of the cosmelan mask. I am 31 years of age and 65 kilos. I have a combination skin… before sleeping I apply the cosmelan moisturiser and go to sleep. When I wake up I’ve got white heads all over my nose and forehead … sometimes even cheeks. Is this normal? Should I squeeze remove them or let them be ?

You will peel for 2-3 weeks and then be red for another week. see our post care its very important to get the most out of the cosmelan that you do additional products, use a mainenance plan and start LED light. your melasma / pigmentation will need this peel 2-3 times a year with AERIFY between...

No you cannot use cosmelan if you are sensitive to SLS but I would suggest looking at enlighten or aerify as an alternative and using restorsea, faith, and emerageskin products. Best, Dr. Emer.
