I have stopped using hydroquinone and I have got many side effects help me?

I was using no scars cream in india having 2% hydroquinone and when I stopped it it's just been 3 days n my skin has got very dark even darker than what it was and I have suddenly started getting tiny pimples and bumps all over my skin?
