Will Retin-A help remove a small dark spot under my eye?

I had CO2 fully ablative laser resurfacing three years ago. It was successful, but further lasering seems too severe. Retin-A can also aggravate the skin, which is so delicate and thin under the eye. Thank you

I recommend lower potency hydroquinone combined with non HQ product called Melarase. It is also beneficial to use an oral supplement called Pigmentation Relief Complex (see link) or Scler-X.
