Breast implants hanging to low - lift required? (photos)

Your photos show very nice results. Having multiple surgeries in search of perfection will bring about more trouble and possibility of complications. You should consider enjoying your results. The rippling happens when you get implants. Patients who have more breast tissue will not have as much. If that bothers you, you can consider fat transfer to that area.

Dear pegasusWings55,it is really hard to tell without an in-person examination. Also, there are no pre-surgery photos. If you aren't satisfied with your current plastic surgeon then you might consider a consultation with another board-certified plastic surgeon. 

so now you have to ask yourself, how much are you willing to spend and what scars are you willing to accept to get you to your wish pic?  You really look great and most people with thin breast tissue will have ripples (traction ripples like a water balloon) when bent over at the waist.  Will you be accepting of the scars from a lift and the additional costs and other risks you must accept to have more surgery?  I would prefer to fill out your upper poles with fat grafting if it was that important that you have more fullness on top... but this will also make you a little larger.  So ask yourself if you're accepting of the risks, costs, and scarring to have a lift that could still fail?

Good advice would require in-person evaluation. Having said that, conversion from sub glandular to sub muscular position, possible use of acellular dermal matrix, capsulorraphy, use of appropriate type/size/profile of breast implant, possible circumareolar breast lifting (full breast lifting not necessary), are maneuvers that will get you much closer to your desired outcome. You may find the attached link helpful to you as you learn more. If you want more fullness at the top, switching from a submuscular to a subglandular position will give you more fullness.  And if you want your nipple position higher than you should have a lift along with switching implant positions.  This I commonly perform in my practice for women just like your self that don't like the flatness that you can get going under the muscle.
