Had natural deflated D's to start. I had breast aug in 2016 with 500cc mod plus silicone implants. Thought I'd need lift, doc said no. Breasts ended up very far apart and nipples low on breasts. I went back to same doctor a year later to fix the issues. Doctor still said no lift. Said lowering pockets would fix issue. He also decided to put moderate 595cc mod in instead of the 600 mod plus discussed for added width. I feel they look very low with no upper pole fullness. Do I need a Lift?
