Is it normal to experience very sensitive teeth after receiving IPR?

I just got braces on and they had to do irp in between my teeth on my top and bottom of my mouth as my mouth was crowded. My mouth is very sensitive today and even to touch my teeth hurts. Is it normal to experience this?

Not all aligners place the same amount of pressure on the teeth. Ask your dentist about skipping this aligner and going on to the next one.
