Do silicone implants in the buttocks feel like the real thing?

Most people feeling the buttock with an implant in place will say that it feels a little firmer than normal buttocks, even when the implant is placed within the muscle.  

Of course, some buttocks feel firmer than others, so it's all a little subjective.

If the buttock implants are made of the softest silicone rubber available in the US, and the implant is placed intramuscular then they will feel close to natural. Some times they do feel harder than the surrounding tissue especially in some people with soft fat in the buttocks and in people with thin amount of fat.
