Is it OK if I start Accutane and then add prednisolone?

My dermatologist prescribed accutane and prednisolone and she said i should start it together and the prenisolone dose decrease by days she said first 3 days i should take 2 pills of 20 mg and then 1 pill so is it fine if i started accutane before and then add prednisolone or is it a must to start them together
