Should I be worried I've had a lot to drink this week on Accutane?

I'm well aware I've made a mistake. I take one pill twice a day, I believe that's a 40 miligram dosage. I've been drinking three times this week, once two days in a row, and the other three days before that. Each time I drank I'd approximate my consumption to be about 6 hard shots total, except the last time which was 12. Thats 3 total times. I've been drinking a lot of water and keeping off the alc. I'm very paranoid about liver damage, what can I do and should I be worried?
