Make wide face more narrow

Question

Okay, so i have identified my ”problem”, and its the cheek area. I've tried fillers but afterwards it just looks like I've gained weight. I've tried fillers for the jawline and that made my face look like a cube. The thing is, I'm happy about my profile an every angel except from the front - from this view my face looks round and flat and wide. What options do i have?

You are quite correct. In the frontal view there appears to be some flattening of the medial portion of the midface. If this in indeed so, then the proper injection of an appropriately robust HA volumizing filler can help to diminish the flattening and smooth the transition between the mid-face and the under-eye area without feminizing the face (which injection to the outer portions of the mid-cheek would do). 
The foregoing will improve the front face view without affecting the profile view. 
You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist filler expert and best of luck.
