Age: mid thirties Insecure about my face when I smile, specifically the chipmunk effect that happens in my mid face. It remains at higher and lower weights. I've tried buccal fat reduction so far I would greatly appreciate your recommendations - surgical and non-surgical, as my insecurity about my smile—not just my cheeks—makes me avoid having my picture taken or hesitant to smile in photos.
