Sudden bump on bridge of nose after unclogging pores - will this need to be treated? (Photo)

I am wondering if this is something that will need removed? I was cleaning my face and noticed that I had very clogged pores. I am in my 50's. I was trying to clean one out and the next day had a hard lump and a crater. Will this resolve with some cream or retinA or could it be something more?
