I've had AK spots frozen numerous times on my face by my dermatologist . I'm now having white circular spots appear on my face in those areas . I've tried tacro ointment, have had a BBL laser and C02 peel and was hoping that the appearance would approve but it has not . Are there any treatments that may help?

Microneedling or PRP: These can help in some cases by promoting skin healing and potentially stimulating melanocytes.

Camouflage: Cosmetic options like pigment-correcting makeup can be used temporarily while awaiting regrowth.

It’s important to know that repigmentation can be slow and results vary by patient. Some spots may improve over months, while others remain unchanged despite multiple treatments.
