Can I thin my alar rim thickness by 1 - 1.5mm? Are my goals for rhinoplasty sounds and realistic? (Photos)

I might have thick skin. I wish to thin my alar rim thickness (indicated by red marks) by 1-1.5mm while making it more defined and transitioned to the face better frontally, define and make the tip smaller, make the columella strip thinner, reduce the distance between nostrils, straighten nose, make the bridge better frontally and smooth and transition better I’m open to any grafts on the tip or bridge, but no grafts on the rims since that makes it thicker not thinner. Ideally id also want my nostrils to become larger which i suppose could be done with the rim and columella thinning alone, genrally ok with current nose size but would also like it a bit smaller by ~2mm
