When the eyebrows are raised, there is a crease in the forehead and above the crease is a essentially a discolored lump across the entirety of the forehead. What is this and is it fixable?

You have a more prominent brow ridge, and round forehead bone (frontal bossing). This is common in Asians and AA. Fat grafting the forehead can soften these without big surgeries.
