The 625 cc Motiva implant has a 14cm width and that width needs to fit your chest dimensions for the implant to fit you. Sizing is done with implants to match your options or with computer technology. You may benefit from a different Motiva implant or maybe even another company's implant to achieve the projection you desire in a diameter that makes sense for your body.
