Am I a good candidate for breast reduction by liposuction for symmetry? (photos)

No, you are not a good candidate since you skin is already stretched and hanging.  Your breasts will look even more deflated.  Most women do not want invasive surgery because of the vertical scars associated with the traditional techniques.  For that reason, a new alternative was developed called The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D. 

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for breast reduction surgery. This surgery will help to reshape your breast and you will be able to move comfortably as your proporion will improve. To start the process, you should contact a Board Certified Surgeon. I wish you all the best.

Based upon your pictures, I would not recommend liposuction.  You already have a lot of loose skin, so I think your best option is a surgical breast lift/reduction to improve the shape and youthfulness of both breasts.  Size correction is easy to do at the same time.  A number of techniques are available for this; please seek consultation with an experienced board certified plastic surgeon.

A breast reduction performed by liposuction can reduce the size of the breast a moderate amount depending upon the amount of fat, but the procedure will not lift the breasts.  If you want a substantial reduction or desire a lift as well, then the excisional procedures should be performed.  Liposuction will not improve the skin.  If there is any level of droop, breast reduction by the conventional surgical methods is best. Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Based on the photos- you appear to be a candidate for a reduction/on larger side and mastopexy. This will correct your asymmetry, reshape your breasts and make them perky and more youthful. There're no "minimally invasive" treatments that would provide an adequate treatment in this case. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS for in person exam
