Small opening after BR. I put a bandaid over the opening with some Neosporin to keep the area clean. Should I do anything else?

I’m about two weeks in my recovery from a breast reduction, and I noticed that my left incision was leaking a tiny bit (the fluid was thin and yellow-ish and doesn’t have any smell). After showering I noticed I had a small opening where my incisions meet, so I assume a scab must have fallen off before it was ready to and that’s what caused the leaking. Right now I put a bandaid over the opening with some Neosporin to keep the area clean. Should I be doing anything else?
